Technically, my vacation started an hour and 16 minutes ago. I have all next week off, so this weekend, plus this week, plus next weekend = 9 days. I've known about it for months. I haven't got a damn thing planned.
I had plans, at one point in time. At first I was going to to the the Philipines, but that fell through because of outrageous flight costs. Then I was going to go to Cambodia, but that fell through for the same reason. Now my best option seems to be to just wander around Korean beaches for a few days or more. I may even have to do this alone, but I'm not certain of that yet.
One place I'm looking into is Daecheon beach. It's close to Daejeon, and seems pretty nice. I mean, just look at what the tourism website has to say about it:

First of all, the white sand is 3.5 km long and 100m wide as the big beach. The fantastic rocks and stones are well developed in the south of the white sands, and you can enjoy the congenial sea bathing because the water temperature is also appropriate.
The sands in Daecheon beach is made of shell powder that is unique in the East as the shell had been broken to pieces for long years and transformed into the sands.

Like this, Daecheon beach is fluent and the bottom of the sea is regular, and the white sands boast the clarity that does not have foreign substances.
Daecheon beach is obviously the place to have the heaven's blessing for the sea bathing with family from a child to elder people because the wave is not so rough with the shallow depth of water.

Daecheon beach overcomes its limitation as the seasonal place where the people visit only during summer. Daecheon beach holds various winter events with the romance of winter sea so that visitors during winter increase more and more and we can say the number of visitors during winter is not less than that during summer.
Except those things, for the convenience and the safety of the visitors, the summer city hall and the summer police station are managed and each related organization deploys service activities.
If incoherence in tourist information translates to a great travel destination, I think I'm in for a good time.
well at least the water temperature is appropriate. you would not want inapporopriate water temperature that got all liquored up and started feeling you up, or making inappropriate jokes
